Milonic tags being recognized as frames blocks editing

I have a page with no frames. I entered a set of Milonic menu JavaScript tags into this page using FTP. The page displays correctly on the web.
When I go to Macromedia Contribute the page displays OK until I click on edit page button where I get a popup message stating:
Select a frame you want to edit:
javascript:false – javascript:false
javascript:false - javascript:false
javascript:false - javascript:false
You can’t edit this page.
There is a lock icon beside each if the three page names. I don’t want to edit the tags, just the remainder of the info.
Do the Milonic JavaScript tags actually create frames on the page?
Is there a way I can have the tags within the page without causing Macromedia Contribute to view these tags as frames?

Hi,
Take a look at the Global Properties page
Down toward the bottom is something called _cFix, which goes up with the other global properties, i.e. menuOpenDelay etc.,
It's some kind of bug in the Macromedia code, but this should fix it.
There is also a link on that page to Macromedia with some kind of info about something
