Styling the Menu with CSS

This is a very simple presentation of 7 or 8 examples using css to style the menu. This is not a tutorial in css. The example page simply provides a number of examples with the css coding listed to give users a 'base' upon which to build.

The introduction contains a basic overview, non-technical, of the menu and its styling properties and a page of examples. Because browsers seem to treat various css properties in different ways, I made no attempt to fix any of the css styling so it looked the same in all browsers. I did that deliberately so that anyone viewing the examples will keep such things in mind and test their css styled menu in numerous browsers.

The page and its files are downloable to be able to view them on your desktop.
