Hello there. Sorry to bother everyone, but I think that the message that SP2 is popping up could potentially scare people.

"To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this file from showing active content that could access your computer. Click here for options..."

Is it safe to put a message on a noscript tag to say that the menu in no way shape or form will access their computers?

Thanks for your time

Sorcha

The menu files get downloaded to their cache, just like all the other web page files, like images, video, audio etc. It doesn't read their computer.

I believe you tested the webpage locally. like file:///C:\temp\whatever.html. If you test via web, there will be no warning. Ruth is right.

Thank you for your replies.

Why does that happen when you test locally but not when things are uploaded?
Sorry if I'm being dim!
