menu with iframes

I need any information on implementation of a milonic menu using iframes. I have successfully been using a milonic menu (latest version) without iframes. I need a horizontal main menu in a top iframe (name=nav) and the submenu to appear in the iframe just below the top iframe (name=profile). Any guidance would be appreciated as I am not a coding guru. I usually understand enough about the code to modify existing code...but I rarely write anything more just very simple javascripts myself.
Thanks in advance,
Danny

I'm even less of a coding guru, actually I'd probably be more in the line of code illiterate, but I can see problems with it. There's a non Milonic frames code, it is NOT supported by Milonic, it was not written by Milonic, as you will note in that post it is NOT supported by the creator either. You can find it here.
I would guess it would work with iframes. It's pretty clear. But, remember, if you do it this way, every page on your site that would open in the bottom iframe would have to have the call for the 3 milonic files and the submenu data file. So, if you open any page in that iframe that is not so coded the main menu will no longer work.

If that is not a solution for you, could you explain a little more what is going to happen when you click the submenu that is open in the bottom iframe?
