unusual use of menu system

Hello, I am asking for suggestions from the menu experts out there, I can't pose a specific question since I don't know enough about what can be done with the menu system as yet.

I jave made a menu system that I use on my web site

this menu provides a quick trouble-shooting chart.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to improve this? I think the overlapping of the submenus can be a little confusing, however if you fix the submenu positions then you might have to scroll to the right which would not be good.
