sub-menus in Safari browser

I was told by some surfers in my site, which uses MAC and therefor SAFARI, that when they choose the 2nd submenu, the entire menu disappears and they can't chosse the 3rd submenu.
Is there a way to solve this problem? I'm having problems to view it as I don't have or know anyone which uses Safari.

You are using version 3 and as posted above it is no longer supported or developed. Perhaps a forum user who has a mac might check this out and reply. If you want full support for the menu, you'll need to update to the v5 series, which has a LOT of great things that are not available in version 3.
