Some links not working for 1 user!

Hello,
I have one user on my site that can not get the Down load links to work or my page with e-mails (Coaches page).

He can see the other pages just fine!

Any Ideas what the problem could be as he uses IE 6+

A delay in Safari too, have to jump on the link when it appears on mouseover, I wonder if its a keepalive thing?

You could say its to test their coordination skills

I can download OK, but get a JS error on the email page.

Clicked Alabama, hit send and got...

Indiana is the one where you do NOT have a checkbox.
