IE 5.5, Netscape 7.1, Opera 7.1 work fine. Netscape 6.1 has a problem with the window, instead of one big flower at the bottom left it shows 4 as if the window were divided into side by side top/bottom sections, but the menu works fine and it doesn't even look bad the way the window renders except the text about where something meets something is hard to read....
I notice you have put the menu in a table? You might check the table sample and read the information there about how it's supposed to be placed in the table.
