Scrolling Navigation Bar Anomaly

I'm developing a website at http://www.theapplesmith.com/test/index.html and I'm having some weird things happen to my nav bar when I scroll. I'm using Milonic version 5.

Go to this website and take your window off of MAXIMIZE. As you stretch the window to reduce the height of the window, my shopping cart graphics in the nav bar pass through the footer of my webpage.

If you reduce the height of the window enough and start using the scroll bar to scroll down, you can get it to where my nav bar contents scroll off the bottom of the page. As long as you keep dragging the scroll bar down, it will keep scrolling to infinity, never reaching a "bottom of page."

Is there a way I can get around this?

Thanks,

Mark

Yep - upgrade :!:

You're running RC4 (one of the first beta releases), and current is 5.17 release, a difference of, literally, more than 65 versions!

What you're running is not supported, and there have been more fixes and enhancements than I can count. Get the current version at http://milonic.com/, read the included files as there have been many install and syntax changes, then come on back if you're having any problems from there.

I downloaded the latest version and I'm still having the scrolling navigation bar anomaly. Check out http://www.theapplesmith.com/test/index.html shorten your window, and scroll down. My graphics scroll right off the page and it doesn't let you get to a bottom of page.

Is there a way I can get around this?

I don't know that there is a way you'd get around what is happening as long as you have followscroll implemented, and a menu that is longer than the window, which it is [depending on browser window size/resolution, of course]. So, if I'm at 800x600, I can't see the bottom of the menu because it's below my window 'bottom'. If I try to 'scroll down' and see it, because you have followscroll set the menu moves with me keeping the top of it about 1px from the top of wherever the page top is at the the time, and since the menu is longer than the window and will always be longer each time I try to scroll down the menu keeps its top position and the bottom is always off the page. Perhaps someone who does coding could figure some kind of function or something though it would seem that somehow it would have to be something that tells the menu to 'be only the length of the window forcing it to resize?

Nice site design!
