Search the Forum for form in the Help & Support for Version 5.0 area. You'll find what you need.
Thanks John

Maz,
On http://www.milonic.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4045 you attempt to give your site URL as an example of your form. I would really like to see this and I think it would be very helpful but the link is'nt there.
Could you please repost it here so I can see the result of your code?

What a marvelous site I can't get to the bottom menu item. It bounces and I can get glimpses of it; it keeps my scroll bar from reaching the very bottom of the page. Other than that, (and the content is the main thing) it is a very worthy concern and a beautiful site.
