Whole Menu Disappears

Hi, I am using the menu scripts on .aspx pages, and I have come across the problem that the menu sometimes disappears when an asp.net button is clicked. This would be a button that posts the page back to the server. When the page reloads the menu is missing. However the menu always returns on an F5 refresh.

Has anyone else reported this problem and is there I work around? I am using IE6.

If you have a url with a test page or something so guys can see what's happening and the coding it would help.
