Menu selection mouseover changes background page

I firured out how to get the mouseover to do the dropdown menu. I also have the moseover load a page when clicked. What I really want is when the moseover generates the drop down have the background picture automatically come up rather than require the click. see http://www.nwcba.com/test/index.htm
