Menu obscures other elements of page

Hi,
I have noticed that if using Netscape 6 running a cleaned, empty cache, and running it at full size on the screen when visiting our site - http://www.citytech.cuny.edu
The content in the top table cell and the content in the bottom table cell is partially or wholly obscured. The background color of the page instead shines through over the text. The degree of severity of obscurity varies and appears to be random. Usually the quick links menu on top is obscured...the date is also obscured, sometimes the bottom content is obscured. If one then resizes the browser window suddenly all the information is revealed.
I have mentioned this in the past but thought it went away. Is there a fix for this?
Thanks.

Tep, I've tried this quite a few times per your instructions here and am unable to duplicate it. Any other details?

Hi John,
I notice you list "IE6" as your browser. THe specific error is occuring in Netscape 6.1 with the following conditions: Clean, empty cache, intial page load. If the browser is resized or the page is in the cache, the problem does not appear. It is annoying becuase to test it, I always have to empty the cache!

Duh - it does say Netscape, doesn't it? Sheesh. I saw the "6" and missed the rest.
Sorry, only have 7.1. Anybody else?

I have Netscape 6.1, I emptied the cache and went and I can't duplicate the problem either. The only way I could was to set the view text size to 200% or higher. But, I'm sure if you had it set to that you would know it! Sorry, I have no clue what's causing it for you.
