i want to know that how can i fix the size of menu bar so that it is consistent on any resolution i.e it doesn't lesss in size on lowering the resolution and doesn't get bigger on increasing the resolution

You have posted this same question in both the v3 and v5 (twice!) areas of the Forum. Please do not do that. Post only to the appropriate section, and once is enough. Answers almost always depend on the menu version being run, not to mention v3 is no longer supported or developed.

Exactly what menu version are you running?
