Issue with menu in Netscape 4.72

I'm having a problem with the menu in Netscape 4.72,

Top nav menu opens correctly first time then rolling over the menu again creates a space at the top with the characters <<. Seems like it scrolling too.

Any help would be appreciated, and I have the latest version of the menu - V5.10.

It's the overflow="scroll" that is causing that in the ns4 browsers. Removing it will stop that. And, I guess Andy will have to check it to see if something else is at issue.
