Can menu dissappear while scrolling?

Curious if anyone has ever asked... is the milonic menu configurable to have it dissappear (or fade out) when the user scrolls off the screen, and reappear (or fade up) when they stop scrolling?

Not sure how I would even go about trying to control that kind of behavior.... moderators? Any ideas?
