I need to make the menu script path document relative

Hiya

I've just stated using v5 and I've hit upon a snag. I need to make the path to the script relative to the document via the root. When I was using v3 it was very simple eg

../script/mmenu.js

for some reason the javascript strips out the ".." bit from the first and last script lines that are needed to run the menu.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

Take it from the slash /path/myfile.html

No need for dots.

It all depends where you have your JS in relation to your 'root' folder and how you call it.
