Vertical menu width problem

I have a problem with the menu width in some browsers. In IE it works perfectly, but in Netscape, Mozillla & Firefox it is too wide and the menu over hangs. In Opera it is too wide but instead of overhanging, it just puts the menu too far to the left.

See: http://www.panpac.xplore.net/forest/forests_home/

You will see in IE that 4 menu items wrap to the next line, but in Netscape, Mozillla, Firefox & Opera only 2 of the items wrap to the next line.

Do these browsers read the width differently from IE?

Please Help!

Thanks Sarah

I added in "menuwidth" instead of having "itemwidth" by itself, and this has fixed the width problem.

Although why are both "menuwidth" & "itemwidth" needed for the non IE browsers? Because I tried commenting out "itemwidth" but then none of the links wrapped onto the next line at all (IE was still happy though, just all the other browsers didn't like it).

I am still having a problem with opera. The Width is now correct but it is still putting the menu too far to the left.

Help?

Thanks,

I'm seeing some really strange stuff in the code files. First guess is your management system has messed with them. Any mods to the code files makes us unable to support them.

Also, you're about 5 levels down (a non-supported version). Expect to see v5.31 Thursday and upgrade to that, loading the files exactly as you receive them in the download. Upload them manually if necessary.

Let us know how it goes after that.

Excuse me for being a bit dim...but what do you mean by 5 levels down? :?
