Menu disappearing behind flash animation (opera only)

I have noticed that the menu disappears behind a flash animation in Opera.
The fix that works in most other browsers:
<param name="wmode" value="transparent"> does not work in Opera.
Is this an issue with Opera that can't be fixed or is there another workaround?
The site in question can be viewed at http://www.stokesap.com.au

Hi Stuart,
Sorry for not replying sooner. Didn't see this post earlier and just now found it while looking for threads with 0 replies.
Anyway, you might want to check out this recent thread, because the problems are related, as are the solutions. I your case, you may have to try the div-hiding approach.
You may also find some help in this Macromedia tech note regarding Flash clips displaying over DHTML layers.
Cheers,
Kevin
