Menu delay in coming down

The menu on my site delays itself in rolling down when I mouseover most of the time. If anyone could please take a look at it when they get a chance I would REALLY appreciate it!

It doesn't appear to be delayed, but is actually dropping behind tha Flash right below it. See http://www.milonic.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4535 for one of many discussions on this.

Also, you have...

...which is invalid syntax. As it is, the link actually comes out as http://www.sscommunitychurch.com/www.milonic.com, which won't quite work. It should be a complete URL (as should all)...


Note also the closing / after .com.
