ColdFusion, Infomentum AppletFile and Milonic Menu Issue

Hi All,
Ive spent numerous hours trying to figure out a solution to my problem and there's not much more I can try. Hopefully, some of you might have a suggestion for me. Its really a simple problem, but Im lost right now.
Here's whats happening.
I have an Infomentum AppletFile Applet, which I use on my website to help zip up files and upload to the server. I have narrowed it down to this being the problem. If I use a regular upload, everything works fine, the menu shows up fine etc... As soon as I use this applet, the menu disappears in the posted page, if I refresh this page, the menu shows up again.
To be more clear.
Page1 has the menu and the applet which posts to page 2.
Page 2 has the server side code which processes the file etc and is then supposed to show the result along with the menu.
Page 2 currently throws and error after an upload saying "ns4 is undefined" and then "Object Expected". It seems like the milonic.js file does not load on this page.
But as soon as I hit refresh on page 2, everything is fine. The menu shows up. Im sorry I dont have a public site to give you a url and you would also need this applet to test it out completely. So, any pointers, directions, thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Shakeeb

A url would be helpful so we can see what's happening. It might be as simple a thing as putting the menu code in a different place.

You can post code here using the

tags. We're going to need to see something...
