Left-offset difference between browsers...

I've tested a few browsers, and the left="offset=" outputs the menu in different spots for different browsers, notably Firebird, iE, and Mozilla...

Not sure if this would change that, but perhaps coding so that the margin for the page is set at 0px all the way around? But I know nothing about browsers
