keepalive

I'm not sure if keepalive should be used on forms.

I'm a bit confused if keepalive is a problem or its something else like Safari or Panther still a bit buggy, or a backend problem.

When I use keepalive, first thing that happened is when I logged in with UserIsMember, the page didn't reload although when I opened another page I was logged in.

Then I tested search and the form fields that should only come up when logged in came up in search whether I was logged in or not.

I'm not sure how much is caused by keepalive or if I should try something else to keep the menu open when completing a form.
