Is there a Changelog for Release Candidates?

Is there any sort of a changelog that details what has been changed in the Release Candidates?
Is it necessary to jump and get the lastest RC right away?

There is no log available for the RCs. Far too much is going on, especially lately. When the final is out the change log will resume on the main site.

As for jumping on new releases - I would! With a few exceptions, what's coming out now is bug fixes. Andy is zeroing in on specific complaints and posts to the bug area, so there's really no sense in just sitting back and waiting. Also, keep an eye on all the posts, as Andy will frequently drop a quick "This is now fixed" note in, so you can somewhat keep track that way.
