IFrame hides submenu

I know this has been discussed before. But older threads didn't help.

My menu is horizonal just above a large iframe that displays content.

On my PC with IE6, the menu works fine, but associates with Mac or older PC's are finding the submenus hidden behind the Iframe.

Any new fixes for this longstanding issue?

There won't be any further fixes for anything in the v3 menu as it is no longer supported or developed.
