Getting 2 email replies when my message is answerd?

I am new to this board, so not sure where to post this question. Hope this is OK.

In my forum profile I checked the box to receive email replies when someone answer my posted messages. However, I am getting 2 of the same reply each time.

I also notice that when I post a message the "Noify me when a reply is posted" is checked.

Any ideas how I can fix this so I only get one reply from one person instead of two?

We have all tried to figure out how to get only one, that started some time ago, something to do with spam or anti spam or something, I can't remember now why it started. I guess we all just got used to it and ignore it.
