Where do I post about the menu builder?

I've seen nothing posted in that section, so where do you make your
comments? I'm having a bit of trouble, the dang thing tells me
I don't have enough system resources when I try to edit the menu ....
there's 81% free, how much does it eat??? Or should I try to download and install it again? Did I tell you that progams don't like me? They have this secret communication "Oh, here's Ruth, ya'll know what to do now!"
