position fixed

Its late so I'm going to leave this for someone to look at on the -www- link.

I tried to attach the tools items to the canary as position fixed, first I wanted to place it under the horizontal menu, but it wasn't working so I placed it on top for now.

Is there an open submenu left because I don't see it opening. (I remember there was something to open a menu at the bottom of the page UP but I can't remember what it was, and didn't see it listed.)
........rtl worked!

I tried subimageposition left;bottom but it makes it goes right.
.......still won't go bottom left

The canary image submenu only opens in its original position.
......Can I have submenu open in fixed position?

I changed all the names to be different but otherwise its a copy of the tools link on the main menu.

Any ideas?

........I've been playing with dragdrop, at first I thought this is useful because it can be used to mark something on a page. But then it changes back to the original position each time you change pages, and I'm wondering if that makes sense, that even if you move it when you change pages its always back to its original position?

....... Another thing, if a menu is placed to stay top horizontal and you scroll down, the menu covers the next line of text as you sroll down, is there a way to change how far down the page scrolls so it doesn't cover the next line of text?
