Free Licences - Milonic Menu Link

I was intrigued to read this - "It can also be removed for free licenses on request." here: http://www.milonic.com/dhtmlmenu.php

Is this true? I would really like to remove it and place a suitably lagre promotion in my Links page instead, as I now use masked domain redirects so when I click on the link you don't get to see the address anyway!

I have already put a Milonic copyright notice on the bottom of every page. My website address is http://www.dominicself.co.uk
