Another Disappearing Menu

A few days ago, I attempted to make some edits to my menu in the menu_data.js file. The menu disappeared as soon as I uploaded the changes, and despite my attempts to figure out what I did wrong, it's just not clear to me. I noticed another user asked this question on another thread, but if it's a typo or syntax problem, I don't know what I'm looking for.

Maybe I need another set of eyes to look at the problem. Can you show me where the error is?
