Menu Background color print problem

Hi,

We have a menu version dated from 2002. We are having a problem in that the menu background color prints darker than it should. On screen, the menu has black foreground text with white background, yest on printing we get black text with a much darker background to the menu.

Has anyone seen this before, is it a problem with the menu, or have we missed something when setting attributes?

Ive tried changing all sorts, but to no avail.

Any help gratefully received, thanks in advance.
