subimage

Just downloaded the eval... i love this menu!!!

Just a quick question re subimages. For my main menu, i'm replacing "text" with images. I don't want the "subimage arrow" to show up on the main menu, but i would like it to show up on submenu (where necessary) ... is this possible?

Yes. Rather than use the same menu style for the main and submenus, define two different styles: one for the main menu that does not specify a subimage, and a second style for the submenus that does set the subimage property.

Cheers,

Kevin

Is there some code somewhere to show how to define a second style?

Please disregard previous message. I figured it out.

Thanks

Hi,

Just in case anyone does a search on the same issue, you can see a basic explanation of how to do different styles in the Beginners' Forum under the sections called Styling the Menu. There are a couple of ways to do extra styles for different menus. The Milonic menu actually allows you to make a separate style for every menu you have, if you wanted to do something that involved :)
