tooltips unreliable in Netscape 6.2

After downloading and installing Netsape 6.2 I have checked my site and I find that tooltips sometimes dont appear or may appear for about half a second only. The fault occurs when the site is viewed form the web or from my hard drive

These tooltips never fail in IE

I have added"type=html" to the code in tooltips js file as per your previous instruction

aI("text=;type=html;");

Would you please have a look at this for me
