over/out filter effects

Is there anywhere where overfilter outfilter effects are listed?

There is a post not long ago and it has a link to Microsoft because they only work in IE.

one thing to note, some of the filters will 'shift' the menu to get the effect, like shadow. So, if you start having a few pixel shift that might be it. But, you can make some interesting effects for internet explorer with them.
