Menu not working for a visitor!

I have one visitor to my site that states the menu does not pop up sub menus from his home computer, but it works fine at his work! I have looked around and can not figure out what is causing this to happen for him! Any ideas?

Three questions:
(1) What browser/OS is he using?
(2) Is he using a popup blocker?
(3) Does he report any error messages (if he's using IE, does the little exclamation point in a yellow triangle show up at the lower left of his status bar)?

Given it's apparently only one visitor, it would seem that's where the problem lies.
Give us a URL so we can check it out.

Well he thinks it is his PC as some other stuff quit working that worked before!
I'm sure he uses IE explorer and no popup killers!
He sees the menu but it just will not popup the subs when he mouses over them!
the site is at http://www.xcfl.com
Also, I'm using an IFrame right now but it just does not want to adjust the heth correctly for different resolutions! Any Ideas or sugestions? I would use a Frames page but the menu does not flow into other Frames and I can not put code in every page that opens in the frame as they are generated from utilities each week and that is way too much time!
I love this menu and if I can get everything to work right like I want I'll definately be sending in a donation or purchase a license! I am Non-Profit as this is just a Football PC game site for guys that love football and play FBPRO98 for their Hobby!
Thanks,
Mike

I'm not up on I frames, but there is a problem in Safari.
First remove the div=center, because that's placing it inside a div.
The menu should be inside body, not head.
Both of these may be why the drop down menus are not working correctly.

How do you want the Iframes to perform? At the minute there is a scrollbat on the main frame, as well as on in the white frame.
I had the same problem but it was cured with a little bit of script to resize the iframe to suit each page.

Well to be honest, I would like the IFrame to adjust to the screen resolutions on the users PC so that the height is expanded or shrunk to the bottom of the browers. Thus, eliminating the scroll bar for the main page and just using the scroll bar on the IFrame as I want to keep my banner and Menu from moving!
I'm just having a problem with the IFrame adjusting correctly to different resolutions!
Does this make sense and is this possible?
Also, I'm going to try and clean up my HTML code a bit as it is sloppy right now due to learning some things on placing the menu in the right spots on the page!
Thanks,
Mike

When I set up my iframes site, I had a few similar problems. The thread is here:
