How do I Un-frame

I am cleaning up a web site that someone else has developed. They have used this menu and I must say it looks great!

I need help, current the script has the menu links targeting the "main" frame. I am making the pages a table rather than a framed version. I removed the target=main code in the url string, but it still defaults by opening another browser.

What am I overlooking?

Wow. There are many possibilities. Is it possible for you to post a url to the version of the site that you're working on? That way we could most likely tell you exactly what's going on, rather than speculating.
