Dreamweaver specific FAQ?

Is there a specific FAQ or user guide for integrating the V5-generated menus into a Dreamweaver-based site? I've been testing the product and find it very impressive, but it would be helpful to have some guidance wrt what to do -- and what not to do -- when integrating with DM.

Thanks// Chris

Hi Chris,

There are no such guides... nothing specific to DW or any other developmen environment. There are, however, other DW users in this forum (including moderator John), and various DW-specific posts that you should be able to find with a forum search. Sorry the news isn't better.

Chris, the fact that you are using DW (other than making you a very smart developer!), makes no difference to the menu or the way it is handled. Because it is JS, it is straight text, and the data file will edit in DW with no troubles at all. Just read and follow the instructions in the read-me files that come in the download.

If I missed your point, please ask again when I wake up... :D

nope the menue does not care about the difference between DW and frontpage. I have used FP for a long time and am just now switching to DW. The only real problem that I have noticed is that DW will not show certain things in the preview (like my different colored scrollbar) they will show up when posted though. No problems at all with the menu though so have fun
