sampleid=18 and NS4 issue

does sample http://www.milonic.co.uk/menusample.php?sampleid=18 work right on NS4 for anyone? For me subitems are displayed far bellow main items. If there is no fix for this, I'm afraid I'll have to get back to version 3. Please advise.
