Shaking Menu

I've installed a test of version 5 on my school website.

The original (version 3) can be seen at http://www.nist.ac.th and works fine. The new version at http://www.nist.ac.th/main5.asp shakes, and doesn't follow the screen down as version 3 does.

Sorry if this problem has been covered before. Anyone know how to fix it?

Cheers,

you have no TOP value set for your mainmenu, so the menu doesn't know where to sit. Set it to 1 or 2 and it should stop shaking. ( top=1; )

OK - great, thanks very much - thats fixed it! But, all I did was to convert the array file to version 5 on the website and use it - didn't see any instructions anywhere about adding a "top" variable. If its needed - shouldn't it have been added by the conversion program?

If you didnt have top variables set before, its not gonna assume and put them in for you. It wouldnt have a clue what to values to put in there and it would end up screwing up your menu somehow...thats my guess. If you have top and left defined in your v3, it will show up in your v5...but if and only if.
