Netscape 4.75 just displays top menu, no submenus

Menu works fine in all other browsers but in NS 4.75 it displays funky and then doesn't allow you to see any sub-menus.
It only matters for the two people out there still using NS 4.75 but I'd like to know why.

...that is messing it up. I put your site on my server and saw the failure under NS4.79. By removing that line only it works fine.
