Re: Tools menu
Am I doing this wrong, the links activate followscroll, makes it jump around when followscroll doesn't work in my browser.
<td height="22" align="center" width="70" onmouseover="background='/template/main/images/redline.gif'" onmouseout="background='/template/main/images/blueline.gif'"><a href="/index.php?m=show_doc&pid=1"><span title="Home Page">Home</span></a></td>
Note: when I refresh the page there is a white line down the text content where the open scroll bar would have been.
Also: when I open a followscroll submenu the main menu jerks up on the first scroll submenu and down opening the second scroll submenu.
(BTW I clean up for the mac but fouled up on the pc, back to troubleshooting.)

I cannot locate the TOOLS menu on your site ... where should I be looking?

Its to the left, table bound followscroll menu.
Its probably not PC PC yet;)
Shouldn't take me long.
Or it could have dropped down the page.

The tools menu is there, although I think it's probably a bit lower than you want. Also, none of your menus are dropping their subs.

I had to put urls back in, took out <noscript> from table, I had submenus working on mac but not pc in relative position.
The html links at the bottom of the page, they don't effect mac but they do effect pc and make the tools menu pull and jump.
<td height="22" align="center" width="70" onmouseover="background='/template/main/images/redline.gif'" onmouseout="background='/template/main/images/blueline.gif'"><a href="/index.php?m=show_doc&pid=1"><span title="Home Page">Home</span></a></td>
Main menu still jumps around opening scroll submenus.
2 images in tools menu won't load.
I placed background image in main menu items, so far it hasn't spilled background.
I like the idea of turning off and on tools menu with a html link, its a bit heavy on loading more than one page, can you think of how I could have the space fill in when the tools menu is absent?
xml likes lower case, can I lower case the very top styles and shadows too?
Thanks

I now have onclick open tools menu, dblclick close, I will need an onclick close on the menu.
I don't think submenus are opening on the pc.

Everything seems to be working pretty nicely on my Mac/Safari - menus drop, tools opens with a click, follows down the page, and drops its subs (you really like forms, don't ya?).
The only thing that's a little pesky is any time I come off any item in tools it closes the entire menu (no click, just mouse off). Have to go back to the top and click to open it again.

Yes, anywhere I click it closes the menu.
Must need something other than onclick=close or popdown
We are building in a double check of all information entered hence forms in que to the database, and keep a clean layout if the menu can withstand the abuse;)
Thank you,

Nope, notice I said no click. Just roll off the menu (or a sub) and the whole thing closes.

John,
I'll take it off the menu link due to technical difficulties, and leave the top link up for now.
You feeling spritely this morning
(Some things just have to come out)

I'm getting rid of tables, I'm using style sheets with the div tag and the menu works great.
Except ... followscroll now goes under the top menu
I'll have to lose the hidden links.
