Menu on web page set as wallpaper

Hey Guys and Gals,

I don't know if this is a Milonic issue or a Windows/Microsoft issue, but I can't find any reference to it at their site.

I have made a menu using Milonic, then placed that web page as my desktop wallpaper. The items on sub menus are mailto links. Here is the funny thing: those mailto links work when I turn off Show Desktop Icons, but when I enable that (right-click on the desktop), those mailto links no longer function.

Any ideas?
