Headers and 3D

OK, I'm being a pest today - question #3
I see references in the menu guides to 3D color, and Header color.

So how does one define a menu/item as a Header, or 3D?

Hope I'm not just being stupid...

The guides are quite good, but the problem is some of the stuff is kind of "wot the heck is this?" ya know? No explanation on how to DO IT.. and no examples in the example menu_data.js

Much of it I can puzzle through, but the above two still have me stumped.
Using latest version of 5 (LIC) and I have checked the online guides for updates.

Need Help, thanks!

Yep, that it is. Thanks Maz
So.... how about the 3D thing? What creates/defines a 3D item?

Gracias!

3D is different, its the shadow around the menu, just define the colors along with border and it will appear 3D.

I need a cheat sheet because I have trouble remembering all the correct word to use.

Thanks... I understand what the 3D is, showdows and lines. But when I read something of this nature in a new program/tool like this menu, I want to make sure I'm not missing something.

Using the words "when its defined as 3D" made me think I might have missed a command like <style> 3d=1; or such.

Oh the joys of learning a how toi use a new tool.
But I sure do like this one!!
