Getting menu to work in a table

I am trying to get my menu into a table. The menu shows up and all but 1 of the sub menus show up. The first one that is in the menu_data file does not show any of the sub menus. I think that this is because it thinks it is the Main Menu possibly. Does anyone know how I can correct this problem and have all of the sub menus show up? If you would like to see the problem, go to my.snu.edu. From there, go to Demo MySNU over on the left. Once you are in, go to https://my.snu.edu/greg/top.asp. You will notice that menu Links does not show the submenus. You can also look at https://my.snu.edu/greg/menu_data.asp to see the sub menus written out. Thanks!
