submenus not closing intermittenly

I just setup my web-site with this menu and was pretty satisfied with the operation of it, then a few hours later from another computer I was checking it out and all the sub menus were staying open (IE 6).

I shut down the browser a fews times and it still did it, then a little later it quit doing it. Is there a known intermitten problem with all the subs staying open?

The menu is basically unusable when this happens, since I'm using a vertical menu.
