Today I just bought the Milonic software and am trying to implement it and am having a few problems.
Problem 1
The "Milonic Menu" item is appearing in my menubar (second item). This
shouldn't appear because I have a valid paid for version. I thought
this would only appear if it wasn't paid for.
Problem 2
I tried adding a few more menu items and the code is
not accepting the new menu item.
If anyone could help me I would appreciate it.

Did you get an e-mail with your license number yet? If so, go back and download the software again (don't forget to log-in first!). The system should recognize you and send the proper code.

Well, you kinda didn't give us much to go on here.
