RC 23 Color Issue

I have been updating the menu files with every new RC release. My menu has worked just fine until RC 23.

I hope I can make myself clear.

When the menu now loads all the main menu items which follow a menu item that uses the "offbgcolor" take on that color until you mouse over them. This includes submenus also. Once you mouse over a menu item then the colors take on the color as defined in the "style" .

I went back to RC 21, did not have RC 22.

RC 24 fixed this issue.
