In version 3.5.15 menu, how would i open a new window with a link? And how would i be able to add properties such as window height = 300 and width = 400, or like no status, no tool bar etc.?

Code:
,"Specialist Schools Trust","http://www.tctrust.org.uk/ target=_blank",,
Should open up a link in a new window. Can't remember off-hand whether you can specify the size directly in the line.
If the link is going to another page of yours, you could have a simple resize function on that page.
How?

Try http://www.milonic.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2035&highlight=open+window. A simple Search would have found this for you.
Also, keep in mind this version of the menu is no longer supported, as announced. You should really upgrade to v5.

yes. i know its outdated. but, i will get 5.0 or higher when its free. even though you can download it now, theres the link in the menu with "Milonic Menu" so ill just wait till the free license system comes out in a couple/few/several (whatever it may be) months. thx for the link for the javascript code.

Been sitting here for a while looking at your post and trying to keep my mouth shut, but I just lost that battle.
The Milonic DHTML menu system is, by far, the best one anywhere - bar none. The support and dedication poured into this product by Andy simply cannot be matched. You get a fantastic product for a lousy 30 bucks, and you're holding off because you want it for free. What a miserable attitude.
Disclaimer - I do NOT work for Milonic in any way. This is my personal opinion.
