Mouse over help needed

If you look at page http://www.the-limes.com/test.html and put your mouse cursor over the image of the van, you will notice that the picture of the building on the menu (bottom left) changes until the mouse cursor is moved off the van, when the house picture reverts.
Question: Please can anyone tell me how do I modify the menu item:
aI("text=Simon's Work;showmenu=WorkMenu;url=#;status=Mouse over to see menu for Simon's work;");
to execute the same mouseover/mouseoff effect?

Maybe it's me, but I can't see a van at all.....

Ah, I see now, you need to first click on MENU then hover over "simon's work"!

Are you sure? I have had this menu up and running for 24 hours and never ever had to click on the word 'MENU'. Just hovering the mouse over 'MENU' executes the submenu for me, then hovering over 'Simon's Work' triggers the image change.
