Insert menu into Table

Hi, i'm trying to insert this menu:

into table.


However, for some reason, it says UNderfined on the page.

I followed instruction from this tutorial

could anyone help me on this? thanks in advance!

I've just put a small vertical menu in a table which worked ok first time! I'll be looking into elaborating on it with a more complex one now.
